A balanced or open chakra has several different attributes. Relieving tension or stress in the heart chakra can lead one to be compassionate, willing to share and give of ourselves, hopeful, inspired, warm, kind, tender hearted, and trusting. It can also allow us to give, receive, and experience love and a sense of wholeness or completion. People with an open heart chakra also tend to forgive a lot more more, accept a lot more, and feel contentment in their lives.
